Setup and Integration

  1. Installation: Follow the official installation guide on their website.

  2. Start Kafka:

bin/zookeeper-server-start.sh config/zookeeper.properties
bin/kafka-server-start.sh config/server.properties

  1. Create a Topic:

bin/kafka-topics.sh --create --topic transaction_events --bootstrap-server localhost:9092
